Mario Eric Moss is an Attorney-at-Law admitted
to the New York State Bar* and German Diplomjurist with several years
of legal experience in the U.S.
Mr. Moss’s practice focuses entirely on U.S. immigration law matters,
such as citizenship applications and especially dual citizenship cases,
as well as Green Cards, H-1B and all other types of US visas. His international
background, legal education and experience provide him with a special
understanding for the unique perspective and concerns of his international

His experience further includes working in the litigation department
of a U.S. law firm on a variety of international and domestic business
litigation and transactional matters, managing the firm’s European
legal relations, as well as working in criminal and immigration law
offices in the U.S.
He has organized and participated as a panel member in various international
business and legal seminars both in the U.S. and Europe and is affiliated
with other international lawyers with offices in the U.S., Germany and
other European countries that handle various international and domestic
legal matters.
Mr. Moss regularly guest lectures on Comparative Law at ABA-accredited
law schools and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association
(AILA). He is fluent in German and English, and proficient in French.
